What exactly is a kneebar? Simply put, a kneebar is a submission hold hyperextending your opponent's knee joint. It involves wrapping your legs around your opponent's leg and then applying pressure to their knee joint by pulling their heel towards their buttocks. This causes their knee to bend in the opposite direction to what it's supposed to, resulting in intense pain and potential damage.
