The Abu Dhabi Combat Club, shortly ADCC, is a well-known submission grappling tournament organization. It puts on international no-gi tournaments like the ADCC World Championship, ADCC trails, etc. To compete in an ADCC event, you should be familiar with their weight classes.

Depending on the tournament characteristics, The ADCC classes their competitors into three major age divisions: Juveniles, adults, and maters.

What Are the Different ADCC Skill Levels?

The time spent on the grappling mats and the experience in Judo, Sambo, BJJ, and MMA is also used to determine the athlete’s skill level.

As a result, an ADCC grappler will be assigned to one of the following skill levels:
